Explainer videos are short videos—one to two minutes—that break down information in an easy-to-understand and entertaining way. Topics can range from what makes your business different to answering questions about the real estate process. The videos typically consist of animation, graphics, text, or a presenter-style speaker.
How Do You Create One?
While there are agencies you can hire that are skilled in creating animation, simple explainer videos can be made using PowerPoint or a similar-type presentation tool.
If you are making one yourself, spend the time to develop a script ahead of time so that your message sounds confident and focused. After entering your content into the slides, you can insert music or record a voiceover. Don’t forget to add a call to action at the end to encourage your audience to contact you for more information.
To turn the slides into a video file, choose the Create a Video option under the Export tab. When finished, share your explainer videos on your social media channels, website, and in your emails.
